Ayhan Aslan, born in 1938 in Alaşehir, embarked on his business career by establishing a cotton spinning factory in 1964 while continuing his studies at the Izmir Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences. Following this venture, he entered the petroleum industry with fuel station investments. In addition to these endeavors, Aslan worked as a cotton and grape broker at the Izmir Exchange until 1990.
In 1997, while Petrol Ofisi was still a state-owned company, Ayhan Aslan played a leading role in the establishment of the Employers' Union of Petroleum Products (PÜİS) in Istanbul to protect the rights of fuel distributors. Having served as the President of PÜİS Izmir Branch for many years, Ayhan Aslan was also a member of the "High Honor Council" at the PÜİS Ankara Headquarters in recognition of his services. As one of the founding members of the Izmir Chamber of Maritime Commerce, established in 1987, Aslan has been part of the chamber's management team since its inception. The Izmir Chamber of Commerce Council honored him as the Vice President of the Council in recognition of his significant contributions over the years.
Ayhan Aslan, married with two children and two grandchildren, remains at the helm of the commercial enterprises he has founded and provides mentorship to second-generation executives. He holds the position of Honorary President since the establishment of Asmira Group.

Mustafa Aslan, born in Izmir in 1980, has completed his education as follows: he graduated from Izmir Private American High School in 1998, received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2003, and completed his Master's Program in Business Administration at Izmir University of Economics in 2007.
After completing his high school education, Mustafa Aslan entered the business world in 1998, starting as a Finance Manager at the family company founded by his father, Ayhan Aslan. In 2000, he was appointed as the Marine Sales Manager in the same company. In 2001, he established As-Mira Petrol Company and transferred the group's marine fuel sales to this new company. In 2010, he took on the role of Chief Financial Officer of the group.
In 2017, Mustafa Aslan founded Asmira Group by consolidating the maritime, fuel, yachting, and logistics activities of Asmira Company and its subsidiaries under one roof. With the vision of becoming a local brand on all European coasts, Asmira Group established Asmira&Co in 2019 and initiated operations in Montenegro, earning the distinction of being the only Turkish company conducting bunker operations in Europe. Mustafa Aslan continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Asmira Group.
In addition to his duties at Asmira Group, Mustafa Aslan has been actively involved in various non-governmental organizations. Aslan began his career in NGOs with his membership in the Alsancak Rotaract in 1999. He served as president of the Alsancak Rotaract Club from 2004 to 2005 and continued his activities in the club until 2006. Aslan, who became a member of the International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA) in 2006 and represented Türkiye on the international platform, served as a Central Board Member at the General Assembly of the Istanbul Chamber of Shipping in April 2018. As the representative of the Istanbul Chamber of Shipping in the first council elections, Aslan was among the delegates of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and he was elected as a Substitute Member of the Board of Directors in the Chamber of Shipping Elections in October 2022. Aslan, who became a member of the Aegean Young Businessmen Association (EGİAD) in 2011, held various positions in the association and was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in the General Assembly in 2016. He was elected President of EGİAD in 2019, a position he held until March 2021. Since 2020, Aslan has been a member of TÜSİAD. He is married and has one daughter.

Gonca Aslan, born in Manisa in 1981, completed her high school education at Izmir Özel Türk Koleji. She then pursued her undergraduate studies at Dokuz Eylül University State Conservatory, Department of Performing Arts, Opera/Vocal Studies. She obtained her master’s degree in business administration from Izmir University of Economics, followed by a Master's degree in Event Management from SHMS in Switzerland. She completed her Ph.D. in Management and Organization at Yaşar University.
Gonca Aslan began her professional career in 2005 at Maria Rita Epik. After returning from Switzerland, she started her doctoral studies and held various academic positions at Yaşar University between 2011 and 2016. In addition to these roles, she participated in various projects in the Social Sciences Research Group at the University of Oslo for two consecutive years. Aslan has published numerous articles in international journals, focusing primarily on innovation, creative industries, and entrepreneurship. She has also published books and book chapters on these subjects. Additionally, she has conducted workshops and seminars on various topics and developed projects for both public and private sectors. Gonca Aslan joined Asmira Group in 2017 and currently serves as a Board Member responsible for Business Development and Corporate Relations.
In addition to her roles within Asmira Group, Gonca Aslan also serves in the TOBB Istanbul Young Entrepreneurs Board and TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board, contributing to her work in civil society organizations. Within the framework of social responsibility, she provides support to non-profit organizations, particularly in the fields of education, arts, and healthcare. Gonca Aslan is a member and veteran tennis player at Kültürpark Tennis Club. As a sports enthusiast, she actively engages in activities such as sailing, windsurfing, golf, and skiing. She is fluent in English, Italian, French, and Spanish. Gonca Aslan is married and a mother of one child.

Yaşar Arağ was born in Izmir in 1977. After graduating as the top student from Izmir Cumhuriyet Trade Vocational High School's Accounting department, Arağ continued his academic success by graduating as the top student from Dokuz Eylül University's Finance Department in 1998. He worked in the field of accounting for 10 years, including his internship period, and obtained his certification as a certified public accountant. He then held various positions, including General Manager at Kavipsan Group, an international plastic packaging company, from 2004 to 2009, and Board Member and Deputy General Manager at Pizza Pizza Group from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Arağ joined Asmira Group as the Group Manager of Finance and Administrative Affairs. He served as the Finance Director and Board Member from 2017 to 2022, and since 2022, he has continued his role as a Board Member responsible for Finance and Commercial Affairs. Yaşar Arağ holds the title of Certified Public Accountant and Public Oversight Independent Auditor. He is married and a father of two children.

A.Kaan Irmak was born in Istanbul in 1972 and graduated from İntaş High School. In 1994, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in marine engineering and management from Istanbul Technical University's Faculty of Maritime Studies. Irmak worked on long-haul commercial ships for 5 years and held the position of Chief Engineer on long-haul voyages. After transitioning to a shore-based career, he worked as a Business Development Engineer at Şişecam for 4 years. During this period, he completed the Contemporary Management Techniques Program in English, offered by Marmara University Foundation, through evening classes.
A.Kaan Irmak joined Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. in 2003, starting his career in the Marine Sales Department with the title of specialist. He held various positions within the company, including Field Manager, Sales Coordinator, Marine Lubricants Sales Manager from 2010 to 2012, and Marine Sales Manager overseeing both lubricants and fuel sales from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Irmak served as the Supply and Logistics Manager for Lubricants at Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. After 16 years of service, he left Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. in 2019 and joined Asmira Group as Sales Director. Since 2022, A. Kaan Irmak has been serving as the Coordinator of Commercial Affairs at Asmira Group. He is married and has two children.

Alper Koçak, born in Manisa in 1979, completed his middle school and high school education at Salihli Sekine Evren Anatolian High School, and his higher education at Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, with a thesis on Congress and Seminar Tourism in Türkiye. He worked in the event management and organization sector on a project basis between 1998-2002 and full-time between 2002-2005. In 2005, he founded Tempus Organization and in 2007, 4team Organization. Until 2019, he worked as a Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, and trainer in many national and international government summits, fairs, congresses, and corporate events.
In addition to his professional career, Koçak continues his activities in many non-governmental organizations. He served as a Board Member of Karşıyaka Sports Club Basketball Branch for three terms and as a Board Member of Aegean Young Businessmen Association (EGIAD) for two terms. Currently, he continues to serve as Vice President of İzmir Organization Components Association (IZOB-DER). During his education, Koçak acted in city theaters and played licensed volleyball. He is interested in scuba diving and underwater hunting. In 2019, he started working as Asmira Logistics’ General Manager and also became a co-founder of Asmira Events. Since 2022, Alper Koçak has been serving as Asmira Group Industrial Operational Director and is married with one child.

Adil Halit Satır was born in Ankara in 1972. He completed his education at Deniz High School in 1989, followed by a degree in Industrial Engineering from Naval Academy in 1993. In 2022, he completed a Master's Program in Marketing and Brand Management at Ege University.
After graduation, Satır worked on Navy ships from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, he left the Navy and worked as a Deck Officer on commercial ships until 1998. From 1998 to 2022, he held various management positions at ELF, BP, COCA-COLA, TURKCELL, and ARMAKOM.
In 2022, Adil Halit Satır joined Asmira Group as the Director of Marine Operations. He is married and has two daughters.
Adriatic Operations Director - Executive Board Member
Seda Dedeoğlu, born in 1977 in Ankara, graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Marmara University, majoring in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations.
Seda Dedeoğlu began her professional career as a Human Resources Analyst at Avrupa ve Amerika Holding. From 2001 to 2007, she worked at Procter & Gamble Professional Care, initially as a specialist and later as a manager until 2011. She then held various positions, including Organizational Development Manager at Thermaflex Insulation Inc. from 2012 to 2015, Human Resources Consultant at L'Oréal Turkey in 2015, Group Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager at Kopaş Kozmetik Inc. from 2015 to 2016, and Group Human Resources Manager at Mado Dondurma ve Gıda Inc. from 2016 to 2017.
Deciding to continue her professional life in Izmir, Dedeoğlu served as the Group Human Resources Director at Yonca Gıda Inc. from 2019 to 2022. Since 2022, she has been working at Asmira Group as the Human Resources Director and a member of the Executive Board. Seda Dedeoğlu is married and has one daughter.

Hayim Hakan Zibil, was born in İzmir in 1983. He graduated from İzmir Private Avni Akyol High School in 2001 and completed his education by graduating from the Department of Business Administration at Manisa Celal Bayar University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2010.
Hayim Hakan Zibil began his career at Mayteks company in 2007 while he was still a university student. Until 2010, he mainly worked with international clients and served as a customer representative. From 2011 to 2015, he worked as an Administrative Affairs Officer at Ege-Tav Inc. In 2015, during the merger process between Ege-Tav Inc. and NH Foods LTD., Japan's largest protein producer, he managed the due diligence process for 2.5 years. In the same year, he was appointed as the Finance Manager of the company. In 2018, he was promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager responsible for finance and administrative affairs. In 2019, he also took on the role of IT Manager. In 2022, Hayim Hakan Zibil joined Asmira Group as the Chief Financial Officer.
Hayim Hakan Zibil, in addition to his professional career, has also played important roles in social activities. He is the founder of Snowsonics, Türkiye's largest ski and snowboard group, which supports nursing homes and shelters in the cities where their events are held through the donations they collect during the organization. Apart from winter sports, Zibil is also interested in football. He has represented our country twice as a goalkeeper in the Euro Minifootball tournament held in Greece and Slovenia.
Chief Financial Officer – Executive Board Member
Necil Adıyaman, born in İzmir in 1982, graduated from the Department of Business Administration in 2006, and completed his master's degree in 'Maritime Business and Logistics' in 2008. Starting his professional career at Maersk Sealand, one of the leading companies in container shipping, while still a university student in 2003. While pursuing his master's degree, Adıyaman, eager to experience another important aspect of the maritime industry, maritime services, took on a role at D-Marin Turgutreis in Bodrum in 2007.
Necil Adıyaman started working as the Assistant Manager of Port Services and Quality Systems at Kuşadası Port, managed by Global Ports Holding, the world's leading cruise port operator, in 2008. In the same year, he was appointed as the Assistant Operations Manager of Bodrum Port Operations. Adıyaman, in 2011, began a new role as Sales Manager at Borusan Port in Bursa and as Sales Executive for International Transportation at Borusan Logistics in Istanbul.
Necil Adıyaman, serving as the Port Operations and Planning Manager at Galaport Istanbul from 2014 to 2022, also played an active role as a consultant during the construction of Galataport Istanbul. Additionally, he is one of the three individuals holding the patent for the world's first underground cruise terminal. Furthermore, identifying a lack of ERP software for cruise terminals, Adıyaman collaborated with the port team and Doğuş Technology company to design and implement the "Berthlog" program.
In 2023, Necil Adıyaman served as the Operations Director of Dromeas Yachts and its affiliated composite production company DRM Kompozit. In December of the same year, joining Asmira Group, Adıyaman assumed the role of Director of Maritime Operations. Necil Adıyaman actively engages in photography, vinyl collecting, and scuba diving, holding the title of Master Diver, he has been diving underwater for 24 years.
